Storytime with Roosevelt
Roosevelt got some story cards for Christmas--they're cards with pictures on them but no words, allowing the child to tell the story as they see fit. Here's Roosevelt telling one about a robot dog and his friend a robot fish. (click through for HD)

It's very snowy in Chicago

Roosevelt makes a movie
The temperature hasn't gotten abouve zero today so, cooped up in the cold, we had to get creative. Roosevelt jumped at the chance to make his own movie (with camerawork and editing assistance by Dan). We wrote a script, drew the sets, assembled a cast of toys and other items, and shot his masterwork:
Sausachuse! A super sausage talks to juice and it's funny.

Dragon Slayer
Roosevelt started telling a story about an old queen and a mean, mean dragon last night. It's pretty good, even if the ending is a bit abrupt!
